In all cases, a download link is available in your order confirmation emails (at the bottom).

Packages are shipped in relay points or Colissimo of your choice. The shipping costs are systematically displayed in your basket before validating your purchase.
Once your order is validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive aconfirmation emailof shipment. You just have to click on "Follow my order" in the body of the mail to have access to the follow-up of your package.
You can also consult your tracking directly via your RoseBaie account. To do this, log in by clicking on "My account" at the top right of our site, then click on "My orders". Then simply click on the tracking number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove any items from your order. If you wish to return one or more products after delivery, please go to Return & Refund to know our return conditions.
